10 New The Avengers Wallpapers Arrive

Here's ten new images to go on top of the 187,789.8 they've already given us of the same characters.

More, more and more of the same! Not only Marvel's approach to its movie making (see: the Pre-Avengers films) but also its approach to its Avengers advertising campaign as they today have graced us with 10 new images to go on top of the 187,789.8 they've already given us of the same characters. So here they are, the 10 Avengers posters you skipped over my intro to see: Agent Coulson: Without a doubt the most important character of the team and the biggest audience attracter. Thor: With his perfect, perfect hair. The Hulk: Looking angry, menacing and sweaty... Like many of the film fans who thought Edward Norton should still be playing him, Nick Fury: An eyepatch makes everything look cooler. Maria Hill: A person I only knew from googling her. Seriously who is this? (I'm not just being a tit about things, I seriously want to know who this is. I can't remember her from anything that has happened so far) Loki: Constantly wears a helmet due to self esteem issues regarding his hair in comparison with his brothers. Iron Man: Seen here modelling all the facial expression Nicholas Cage has ever managed in his career. Hawk-Eye: Nope, not even sunglasses can make you interesting. Captain America: Seen here modelling all the facial expressions Chris Evans has managed in his career. Black Widow: Here looking seriously bad ass, to try and quash any rumours that she is only in here as a eye candy. As the film draws closer and closer to it's 27th of April release (4th of May in the States) the true extent of it's colossal advertising campaign is being realised by the sheer volume of internet buzz they're trying to create. Which they're succeeding in, the fanboys are rejoicing in having more of the exact same pictures with different backgrounds to dance around singing merry songs about. Sure to be one of the biggest films of the year; Marvel and Disney are leaving very little to chance because, let's face it, no-one wants another John Carter. It's just sad.
