10 Quentin Tarantino Characters Who Deserve Their Own Movie

6. Gogo Yubari (Chiaki Kuriyama) - Kill Bill Vol I

She dresses like a Japanese schoolgirl, looks barely old enough to drive and her name derives from Mach GoGoGo (Speed Racer), but you underestimate the bodyguard of O-Ren Ishii (Lucy Liu) at your peril. When a businessman attempts to pick her up in a bar, Gogo stabs him with a samurai sword and says, €œDo you still wish to penetrate me? Or is it I who has penetrated you?€ But her biggest moment comes in her showdown with The Bride, where her love of weaponry becomes apparent. Armed with nothing less than a meteor hammer, she takes a characteristically sadistic delight in attempting to strangle her nemesis with the chain, only for her efforts to be curtailed by a nail to the brain. Incidentally, if the character looks familiar, that€™s because Tarantino based Chiaki Kuriyama€™s part on her role in Battle Royale.
