A Celebration of Harry Potter
What Culture

For six years now Universal Orlando Resort has played host to A Celebration of Harry Potter, the biggest fan event in the world for everything related to the boy wizard.

The event is often THE place to hear breaking news from the world of Harry Potter, with this year's opening ceremony being no exception. Pottermore announced a new audio book, Quidditch Through the Ages, which will be performed by The Walking Dead's Andrew Lincoln. James and Oliver Phelps took to the stage on the opening night to help Harry Potter: The Exhibition announce the next stop on their worldwide tour, Milan.

As with previous years there were panels from those who helped bring the movies to life including panels from the world's only wand choreographer Paul Harris, BAFTA award winning special effects supervisor John Richardson and the return of graphic designers MinaLima.

As with every Celebration, the most popular panels were the Harry Potter Film Talent Q&As. Five of the movie's biggest stars turned out for the Celebration's three days. Bonnie Wright, Natalia Tena, James & Oliver Phelps and Stanislav Yanevski were all ready to answer any questions us mere Muggles had, no matter how weird and wonderful. This year's panels certainly wasn't short on funny anecdotes and interesting insights into the making of the movies.

Nothing seemed off the table; from their passions outside of acting to their future children and even Natalia's golden bum...
