WARNING: THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS HEAVY SPOILERS Pacific Rim is the long-awaited summer blockbuster which has come courtesy of Guillermo Del Toro, best known for Pan's Labyrinth and Hellboy. Del Toro has made no secret of his love for the old Japanese monster movies and so a film with his passion for the subject and the budget of a summer blockbuster promised to be incredible. So, here are just a few reasons why I don't think it was quite as good as everybody made out.
