Pretty much anyone who's anyone in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is going to be appearing in Captain America: Civil War, with only Hulk and Thor the notable omissions (and they're getting an inter-stellar road-trip to make up for it). The cast of familiar faces is exhaustive, including (*deep breath*) Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Anthony Mackie, Emily VanCamp, and somehow even more that I haven't mentioned. It's going to be one of the biggest superhero movies on the size of its roster alone, and that's before the huge budget, epic scale, and overarching impact on the MCU are taken into consideration. While you'd be forgiven for thinking that the film was already full with all the existing characters in play here, the Russo brothers have managed to add a few new faces as well. There'll be some new heroes, new villains, and some we're still not entirely sure about. A couple will be introduced here before spinning off into their own franchises; others may not even make it to the end credits. As always with Marvel they've made some crafty choices, picking a bunch of talented actors if not the biggest names, and they all help make this film even more exciting than it was already.
