And finally, the movie's alternate ending sees Batman standing atop a gargoyle in Gotham City, when he's joined by Robin, before they both dive towards the camera for the original final shot.

Here's Val Kilmer and Chris O'Donnell shooting the scene against a blue screen, before a digital Gotham would of course have been composited in.
