Batman Movies: 10 Obscure Facts You Never Knew

10. Batman: The Movie Was Originally Intended As A Pilot For Season 2

batman 1966 Originally intended to be a pilot to increase knowledge and excitement for the television series, instead the first live-action Batman movie was produced between the end of the first season and the start of the second. Batman was filmed in the space of just over one month, which is perhaps why there are so many errors within the movie? One such error can be spotted during the submarine fight. When it begins every henchman and the Joker himself get knocked overboard by the dynamic duo of Batman and Robin, into the water and thus becoming soaking wet. A few moments later, however, they appear on screen€ Completely bone dry! Personally I€™m not really sure that we can take anything from this movie too seriously. Perhaps they found old Bats had some form of Tumble-Drying Bat-Spray the Joker managed to steal?
