Director Anthony Minghella Dies

British writer and director Anthony Minghella has died suddenly aged 54.

Anthony Minghella, best known for his 1997 Best Director Oscar winning movie The English Patient, has died aged 54. He is said to have suffered a fatal hemorrhage just days after undergoing surgery to treat cancer of the neck and tonsils.
