First Look At Gringotts Bank At Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making Of Harry Potter

Stars of the Harry Potter movies get a sneak peek of the original Gringotts Wizarding Bank.

Warwick Davis and brothers Oliver & James Phelps were some of the first people to be treated to a preview of the latest attraction at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter. The studios hosted a sneak peek of the original Gringotts Wizarding Bank set with the stars of the movies and giving us a glance at the new feature of the popular tour.

Starting 6th April, fans of the movies will get to look around the huge marble banking hall, as well as the Lestrange vault. The goblins desks will be stacked with polished Galleons, Knutts and Sickles and there is real brass leaf details all around. You can expect to see thousands of props in Bellatrix Lestrange's vault, the place where the horcrux, Helga Hufflepuff's cup was stored.

Warwick Davis, who played the goblin Griphook said how "It’s so exciting to be back inside Gringotts Wizarding Bank after so many years. I spent a lot of time here as Griphook and it’s great to see the Studio Tour bring the original set back to life."

Visitors will be able to find out more about how Davies was transformed into Griphook. You can learn how the team spent weeks creating the prosthetics, see the costumes and discover just how they transformed the actors into goblins.

Not just content with allowing visitors to walk the magnificent banking hall, the tour have also created a unique photo opportunity for visitors when they step inside the Lestrange vault and become surrounded by treasure, just like Harry, Ron and Hermione in The Deathly Hallows Part 1.

The original Gringotts set will be opening at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter on April 6th and will allow you to become fully immersed in the Wizarding Bank.
