Full Catwoman Costume From THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Revealed

Hours after the official reveal, we get a much more clearer look at the character thanks to spy photo's of Anne Hathaway's stunt double in full Catwoman gear, riding on top of the Batpod.

Possible spoilers in this article for those who are eagle eyed! After an early morning official Warner Bros look at Selina Kyle from The Dark Knight Rises, comes just hours later an unofficial spy photo of Anne Hathaway's stunt double in full Catwoman gear, riding on top of the same Batpod pictured earlier. Just Jared have the images and this probably explains why such an obscure official and underwhelming first look reveal at Selina Kyle was haphazardly released because Warner Bros knew that the outside filming of this scene today meant they had no chance of keeping it a secret. Of course they are still being trumped because the image we saw of Hathaway doesn't at all show the Catwoman costume in as much details as these images do. And what do we make of it? Well just like our first look at the Bat-suit in Batman Begins it's a little jarring at first but let's be honest with ourselves, this is the real world version of the Catwoman costume that we probably should have expected. This is a costume that has practical and purposeful use and isn't designed as a fetish outfit like in the comics or the Tim Burton movie. This will be a very different Catwoman to Michelle Pfeiffer's take on the character and from the looks of things, Nolan is going much more actioney with the character. And whilst I'm not particularly keen on the googles mask as it does not hide Selina Kyle's identity at all.... it is at least faithful to the definitive version of the character in the comics that has become now commonplace. All it needs is the headgear and it will look fine. Curious as to why it's not there?? Here's the images...
