Has The Breaking Bad Movie Cast Just Been Revealed?

A few months ago, the unthinkable happened: a Breaking Bad movie was announced.

Despite definitively ending in 2013, and the universe being explored expertly in spin-off Better Call Saul, the big-screen adaptation - said to be helmed by series creator Vince Gilligan - was revealed to be shooting in late 2018. The details of the plot suggested that the feature would focus on Jesse Pinkman, who fans last saw finally escaping his Neo-Nazi captors and burying the hatchet with former mentor, Walter White.

Since then news has been virtually non-existent, but reporters over at Revenge of the Fans have done some digging and apparently uncovered the full cast list for the upcoming movie. Currently in production under the working title "Greenbrier", the site has revealed each actor slated to show up, which includes a whole host of Breaking Bad alumni.

Slated to show up in one form or another is Skinny Pete and Badger (who, if there was any justice in the world, would already have their own spin-off show), Todd, Mike and, most importantly, Walter White himself. Yeah, you might have noticed that a good chunk of these characters didn't make it to the end of the show in one piece, but that apparently isn't stopping them - along with their original actors - from showing up in one form or another in Gilligan's film.

It was a given that Heisenberg would need to return at some point, but bringing back other dead characters does indicate that the movie will include some pretty interesting flashbacks. The synopsis revealed last year was very much focused on Jesse's life after the series finale faded to black but, as per the character, it seems as though he hasn't totally escaped his past quite yet.
