Kristen Bell Will Meet Michelle Darnell

Variety reports that Bell will be joining McCarthy and Game of Thrones€™ star (and god among men) Peter Dinklage in a comedy penned by the aforementioned comedienne, as well as Steve Mallory and her real-life husband, Ben Falcone. Falcone will also be parking himself in the directors chair for good measure. The gig will see McCarthy as an ex-convict and prior business titan who was put behind bars for insider trading. Aiming to redeem herself in the eyes of the public, Darnell sets out to wipe the slate clean with those she wronged, only to realise that they€™re still rather miffed at her dirty deeds from years before. Dinklage was announced a while back as being a competitive business big shot, whilst Bell will play Darnell€™s previous assistant who is now struggling as a single mother. You can bet comedy will most certainly ensue, probably when McCarthy falls over or curses enough to fill any swear jar in a five mile radius. Hey, if it ain€™t broke... McCarthy already has two other projects waiting to shoot out the cinematic pipeline before Michelle Darnell; the first of which will be Spy, which is arriving May this year, followed by animated entry B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations which is still in production. As for Miss Darnell, you€™ll be seeing her April 8, 2016. Mark your calendars and have your people call her people.
