Liam Neeson is "Taken" away from Lincoln drama

liam_neeson.jpgStill don't believe Indiana Jones IV is happening? Well this might begin to convince you... Cinema Blend are reporting that Liam Neeson's role in an Abraham Lincoln drama for director Steven Spielberg has been delayed because of the filming commitments Spielberg now has on Indiana Jones IV. This has meant that Neeson has signed on to star in a movie Luc Besson is writing and producing (but not directing) titled Taken. More on the film's plot.... "In Taken, Nesson is an ex-soldier out to rescue a daughter kidnapped by slavers while traveling in Europe. With the clock ticking, he has to track her down before she€™s lost forever". The project sounds a little un-original if you ask me (not least in it's title, how many projects have been titled Taken for god's sake!!), but it's way to early to judge. It's just good to see Neeson on screen again, he hasn't done much since his great turn in Batman Begins. He can next be seen in the kick ass looking Western alongside Pierce Brosnan, titled Seraphim Falls, of which you can see the trailer for below (I know, sorry for another Youtube video, but I'm just so happy I can post them now!!!)... source - variety, cinema blend
