More licensing and merchandise shots from The Dark Knight Rises collectibles campaign have made their way to the web. Coming Soon readers have been sent these images of various apparel items including an over-the-shoulder back pack and a trading card of some sort. You can see the images in the gallery below; Meanwhile, Batman star Christian Bale gave New York Daily News an interesting quote in a new interview and it's something we've been saying for a while... just because Bale is retiring his cape and cowl after the end of this trilogy, that doesn't necessarily mean he won't ever play The Caped Crusader again somewhere down the road. The same goes for director Christopher Nolan. Neither of these guys can truly say whether they're 100% done. In six or seven years time, they might get the itch to make another one. Here's the quote from Bale, when asked if he would ever play Bats again; "We need different rhythms in our life, dont we, and to me it would be the wrong rhythm to jump into a franchise at this point. For now, no, Id be looking for new experiences."The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters and IMAX on July 20th, 2012.
