Shatner confirms Nimoy in Star Trek, but Bill won't be

Neither Leonard Nimoy or William Shatner should be in the new Star Trek film. If they are so desperate for a brand new restart to the franchise, then you really have to move on! Any cameo from the duo will just be distracting. However, if you are going to cameo them then why use Leonard Nimoy and not William Shatner? Bill's really got the shaft here and I have no clue as to why.
