Slimer, The Exorcist And More In The Ghostbusters Reboot Trailer

"Let's go."

Well, the trailer for the Ghostbusters reboot has finally arrived, after months of on-set candids and the occasional official pic on Paul Feig's Twitter account, and the result is bound to be divisive. Take a look below! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3ugHP-yZXw We've got some bonafide comedy beats - but do they feel like Ghostbusters comedy beats? There's an over-abundance of CGI ghosts - then again, the Ivan Reitman original had its fair share of VFX too. No sign of any cameos from the original cast, although they're more likely to save those surprises for the film itself - regardless of how much trailers give away these days (of which this trailer is as guilty as any other). One thing is for certain - the chemistry between the four ladies is on form. Wiig and McCarthy have obviously worked together before (and worked well), whilst Katie McKinnon and Leslie Jones have an easy rapport from their time on Saturday Night Live. The best foot forward with this reboot is simply to wait and see; at this point, it has just as much chance of being awesome as it does of being terrible. At the very least there looks to be a great amount of action involved, including Slimer!(!!). Who doesn't want to see that little guy again? What did you think? Be sure to let us know in the comments section below!

Ghostbusters is released on 15th July.
