The Terminator comes to the small screen

LindaHamilton.jpgNow we don't usually write up on TV news on this site but this is movie related so i guess it counts. Warner Brothers TV have assigned veteran television director David Nutter to helm the pilot for Sarah Connor Chronicles, a new tv show based on the uber succesful Terminator movies. Info taken from Coming Soon... "The new installment in the "Terminator" franchise revolves around Connor and her savior son, John Connor. The series will explore what happened to Sarah Connor after the end of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, when the character went on the run".Casting on "Connor" will begin immediately, with filming expected to commence early next year in New Mexico. I'm sure this is going to get Terminator fans exicted. Nutter's last 12 tv show pilots including Smallville and Without a Trace were all given the greenlight, and both shows are still running today so it's extremly likely that the show will get at least one series. So Terminator fans how do you feel about this news? Would you rather have had another movie with Arnie, or is a tv series the way to go? Anyone suggestions on casting of Sarah Connor? source - variety, coming soon
