Top 5 Most Over-Saturated Actors of Recent Times

be over-saturated. It's merely the fact that their fan-bases (on a very general scale) would like to see them take on every single damn role Hollywood has to offer. This is a short list, compiled with tons of fan-casts and actual work considered. These are the people you can't escape from when you bounce around the Internet when it comes to casting for future projects and franchises. These are the top 5 over-saturated actors of recent times. Honorable Mentions: Bryan Cranston, Tom Hardy, Idris Elba, Ryan Reynolds, Nathan Fillion, Charlize Theron

5. Bradley Cooper

Fan-Cast As: Batman, Flash, Daredevil, Christian Grey, James Bond I really like Mr. Cooper. I think he's a talented, nice, humble guy who's really gotten to prove himself in the business. But the Internet makes me want to throttle him, which is completely unfair, because it's by no means his fault. But I can't tell you how many times his name has been thrown up to star in the newest reboots, franchises, and other film projects. It's almost as if a lot of people can't see Cooper miscast as practically anything, and that's sensationally dangerous. Because no matter how talented you are, there are going to be some roles you would think are a perfect fit that just don't work for the actor. It just happens. They don't live up to your massive expectations and you have no one left to blame but yourself. When it comes to Cooper, he plays the sensible, suave, finding-love protagonist well. He's dipped his toe into some action flicks like The A-Team and parts of Limitless, but for a guy who's constantly being batted around for a superhero role, he's not really an action-accomplished fella. That doesn't mean the role wouldn't suit him, and obviously he's got the charm for certain superheroes, but can we stop over-saturating the guy? Please? Can't we just enjoy him in what he's in?

Cameron Carpenter is an aspiring screenwriter, current film and journalism student, and self-diagnosed cinephile, which only sounds bad in certain circles. Devoted fan of comics, movies, theater, Jesus Christ, Sidney Lumet, and Peter O'Toole, he sometimes spends too much time on his Scribd and comicbookmovie.com, but doesn't think you're one to judge, devoted reader. You can follow him on Twitter to watch him talk to people you didn't know exist. Oh, and Daredevil is quite the big deal around here (my head).
