WWE: CM Punk Not Advertised Post Wrestlemaina

CM Punk CC1 According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, CM Punk is not currently been advertised for any house show events following Wrestlemania 29. This includes the upcoming European tour that begins on the 17th of April in the Netherlands. The news gets worse, Punk also isn't advertised for taped events in May including the Extreme Rules PPV on May 19th. This appears to be a move by the WWE to give him some time off to heal up. Punk has reportedly had a number of ongoing injuries as of late. It was this fact that put doubt on him even being involved at Wrestlemania earlier in the year. To quote Adam Martin, "WWE sources are denying he is suffering from any kind of an injury at the moment although he hasn't been working live events heading into Wrestlemania." http://youtu.be/wZiis92e1No Punk, while appearing on Raw, has been kept out of the ring and been instead used in a mainly speaking role to promote the match and continue the storyline. And there is no change as of yet to the card for next Sunday. Punk is still scheduled to face the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. However both will miss a fair amount of time after their Maina clash. This is one of the main reasons why I still believe that Punk will not end the Streak, Punk simply cannot capitalise on the momentum a win over Taker will allow him with these injuries. We will keep you updated as this story develops. WrestleMania 29 will be held next Sunday April 7th, 2013 from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on PPV.
