5. Mister Sinister Will Be A Major Antagonist
Mister Sinister has a long history with Apocalypse. Going back to the late 1800s, the name known as Nathaniel Essex was working to manipulate gene pools to similar enough ends with Apocalypse to put them in cahoots. As time goes on, Apocalypse and Sinister part ways. Sinister spends a considerable amount of time engineering through a variety of machinations the perfect mutant to kill Apocalypse and through careful study of genealogies he discovers that the child of Jean Grey and Scott Summers is just the one to do it. With confirmation that young versions of Jean and Scott will be in the movie and the title of the movies itself, it is safe to say the possibility for Mister Sinister to appear is high. Considering we don't know why Apocalypse is revealing himself or how Jean and Scott play into the plot it would be a great use of all the characters and a catalyst for events in later movies - maybe even setting up the Cable and X-Force movie you keep hearing about.
