Fallout 3 Redesigned is the big one you want here, elongating facial models to look more human, and also making faces more angular and textured, with nice, natural skin colours rather that green tint which pervades the game. This brings them much closer to the realistic facial models of Fallout 4, which have come a long way in the seven years since its predecessor was released.
