25 Highly Valuable Games You Might Actually Own

18. Mass Effect Limited Edition

Platform: Xbox 360 Released: 2007 Potential Sealed Price: $400 Potential Used/Worn Price: $90

Considering the game is only 7 years old, prices for Mass Effect Limited Edition have shot up very quickly. One of the few Xbox 360 titles to be worth anything substantial, the Mass Effect Limited Edition is probably one worth keeping hold of for a while until it reaches a higher price point.

At the moment, the Mass Effect Limited Edition can be sold for up to $400 if sealed, while open or used copies are still under the $100 mark.

17. Luigi's Mansion

Platform: Gamecube Released: 2001 Potential Sealed Price: $900+ Potential Used/Worn Price: $100

There aren't many valuable Gamecube games, but Luigi's Mansion has become something of a collector's item after garnering a cult following over the years. The game fell into relative obscurity after releasing as a launch title for Nintendo's console, never quite reaching the popularity of titles like Super Mario Sunshine. Don't get too excited if you've got a copy labelled with "Player's Choice" - they only sell for about $30 at most.

However, if you own an original black label copy, then it's worth a nice amount, with used copies selling for up to $100. Sealed black label copies of Luigi's Mansion have been increasing in price monthly, with listings appearing in excess of $1500.
