30 Cutest Video Game Characters Of All Time

9. Cow

Cows in media are often portrayed as being attractive and pleasant. This is why they are given names like Daisy. However we don€™t think there has ever been a cuter representation of a cow than in the farm simulation game Harvest Moon. The cows in Harvest Moon need to be looked after and fed regularly to ensure they don€™t begin to dislike you. Talking to and brushing them also makes their milk taste better and be of a higher quality. But you'd probably be looking after them well enough anyway, because no one could look into the eyes of that cow and not want to help it. Their huge round noses and petite horns help to make the cow look much more like a pet than a domestic farm animal. They probably shouldn€™t put pictures of these cows on the box for burgers. It might affect sales somewhat.

8. Kikwi

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword was not everyone€™s cup of tea but it did introduce a new race that is simply adorable. They are a vital part of the game as they hold valuable information that Link must use to find Zelda. The creature is clearly inspired by the real life Kiwi bird. It is plump, feathery and charming. To be fair these guys are just begging to be hugged and I bet most would be only glad to oblige. Don€™t squeeze too hard though, there is nothing worse than exploding Kikwi.

7. Pikmin

These little guys are on the verge of extinction before Captain Olimar turns up. But seeing the helpless pilot trapped the Pikmin immediately jump to his rescue, highlighting their good nature and friendliness. If they resemble anything, it is probably elves. Their bright colours, pointy features and tiny size extenuates their plant life qualities. It is hard to argue that these guys are anything but cute. Besides, anything with a flower growing out of their head is either something out of a horror movie or just plain lovely, and Pikmin are far from scary.
