Following the heartbreaking push back of the release date, we've got about another 9 months until it drops and we can get back to putting boots to asses as The Dark Knight himself. Without a doubt, it's gonna be one of the biggest console releases of 2015 and hopefully a real example of a fully next gen title that all PS4 and Xbox One owners (and those of us representing the PC!) can be proud of. But seriously, why was it pushed back so far? We can only assume that it'll have something to do with Rocksteady making the game all the more immersive, tweaking scripts or adding / perfecting gameplay mechanics, (we can all hope for once again getting to step into the boots of another hero to roam open-world Gotham). But whatever the reason, we're sure it'll be pushing the boundaries on what had already been built, making for a well rounded, memorable finale to the series. That hasn't stopped the rumour mill running rife, though. It certainly feels an awful lot like the buildup to The Dark Knight Rises, doesn't it? Nobody's quite sure about what's exactly gonna happen, but the hype machine is in full swing on an almost weekly basis to stir the pot.
