Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Brand New Villain Trailer Revealed

If this trailer is anything to go by, we're in for yet another absolutely epic combat experience both on and offline.

The brand new Call of Duty: Black Ops II HD promo, officially dubbed the €˜Villain€™ trailer, was released today sparking mass excitement amongst fans of the series. Check it out here: http://youtu.be/c7KWL9M4uzM The trailer gives up more information about the new COD villain Raul Menendez, who€™s been idolized by the world at large and dubbed the €˜Messiah of the 99%€™ (a mantle which extends from the idea that the top earning 1% in the world earns less than the bottom 99% put together), despite the fact that he€™s harbouring secret plans for global insurrection. Along with the customary shots of the in game drama and action we€™re also treated to the revelation that Sgt. Frank Woods from the original Black Ops will be making his return, so fans can now add that to the ever growing list of things they€™re looking forward to. The game trailer reminds us that David S. Goyer (co-writer of The Dark Knight Rises) is attached as one of the game€™s writers and the video itself is set to an awesome soundtrack provided by the man himself, the one and only Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails fame, who€™s also attached as Black Ops 2€™s soundtrack composer. Yeah, this game is that big. And if the trailer is anything to go by, we're in for yet another absolutely epic combat experience both on and offline. Call of Duty: Black Ops II is due out this year (month TBC) on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U and PC. For updates as and when they drop, check out our dedicated hub page.
