Dark Souls Remastered Tips: All 26 Bosses Easily Defeated

Little tips, big time-savers.

We’re all noobs at some point. Whether this is your first foray into the world of Dark Souls, or if you are a returning veteran of the original 2011 release, here are little tips and tricks to help you defeat each boss in the remaster.

You can, of course, always summon real players and friends to help with most bosses or areas, and this not only makes them much easier, but also much more fun! But still, these following tips are mainly aimed at people who wish to complete the game solo, or offline.

There are a plethora of strategies and we could easily publish a sizeable novel detailing each one, but until we can secure that book-deal, here are some little tips for big time-savers.

26. The Asylum Demon

If you’re a first-time Dark Souls player, there’s going to be a lot of things going through your mind when you first see this big guy drop down on you.

“Holy s**t!”

“Look at that hammer!”

“How on Earth?!”

“I’m 5 minutes into this game, this is mental!”

However you choose to react, your pathetic little broken straight sword isn’t going to do much damage here, so run through an open door at the back left of the room, and you can gear up to try again shortly afterwards. Make sure to take advantage of 'dropping in' on the Asylum Demon for a massive chunk of damage.
