E3: Fallout 4 Gets 2015 Release Date

Yes it's real, and yes you'll be playing it before the year's end.

Bethesda might have just won E3, and the main thrall of the conference hasn't even begun yet. First they showed off some incredible gameplay of Fallout 4 in action, proving they've been listening to any and all complaints fans have thrown at them for the occasionally spotty Fallout 3 - before announcing a date the 10th of November, 2015 as when you can expect to buy it. Now, it's no secret that pretty much every major game for this generation has seen a delay in one way or the other, but considering the overwhelming amount of confidence Bethesda are showing across the board with Fallout 4's rollout and everything within, it makes sense they've planned every beat of this announcement to a tee. The last game helmed by the studio was Fallout 3; 2008's revolutionary post-apocalyptic masterpiece that people are still playing fervently to this day. Obsidian's take on the formula with 2011's New Vegas did refine a few things and fleshed out the social interaction aspects of interacting with a humanity trying to rebuild, but now Bethesda are back in the driver's seat, and it's time for some real forward movement. What did you make of the reveal? Was there anything you didn't like? Let us know in the comments, and check back across the week for constant E3 coverage!
