The new gameplay video has hit the web, and it’s full of everything and more you’d expect from Far Cry 3.
With the official release date revealed to be September 4th in the US, and September 7th in the UK, it seemed only a matter of time until we would see a video with extended gameplay. That day has come. Rejoice fellow adventurer’s, we will soon be playing through this gorgeous new Far Cry adventure.
Watching the video brings reassurance that this is going to be a true Far Cry experience. While Far Cry 2 was a great game, I felt the African landscape just wasn’t the right fit for the series. Prepare yourself to witness the return to the franchise’s roots.
Seriously, just watch it. Don’t worry, I’ll still be here after you watch.

Doesn’t look as good as Far Cry 2, honestly.
Personally, I couldn’t get into Far Cry 2, so that’s really why I’m lovin’ Far Cry 3′s footage so far.
