GTA V: 5 Cheat Codes We Want To See

5 crazy and helpful cheats we want to see in GTA 5.

Remember the heady days playing on GTA: San Andreas on the PS2, when you could press CIRCLE, CIRCLE, L1, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, L1, L2, R1, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE and an army tank would happily drop from the sky right in front of your feet? Since the dawn of next generation consoles, and with that, a boom in online head to head modes, cheat codes on platforms such as the PS3 and Xbox 360 have been consigned to the past - partly because such codes would give gamers an unfair advantage over human opposition - something which wasn't possible on past generation consoles, and partly because it would detract from earning "trophies". However, one game that did stick with the fabled cheat codes was the GTA series. Cheat Codes have been present in Rockstar's popular Sandbox title since GTA III and have remained in some capacity ever since, even on GTA IV and its spin-off Liberty City Stories, the first two GTA titles on the next generation of consoles. Fingers crossed GTA V will allow us to continue using cheat codes, and if it does, here are five we want to see.

5. Flying Cars

Who said flying cars were limited to the annals of science fiction? One of the truly fun things about GTA titles of old is being able to put your foot down and send your car into space. Sure, Rockstar have taken a more serious and robust approach with the GTA franchise in recent times, with a much heavier emphasis being placed on realism, but they can still manage that whilst at the same time allowing us to blow off some steam and have a bit of fun every once in a while. The flying car cheat was particularly useful to complete racing missions, or to fly across closed down bridges onto unexplored terrain if you hadn't yet achieved your pilots licence.
