GTA V: "Los Santos" Compared To Real Day LA In Photos

gtav A new set of comparison screenshots contrasting the fictional universe of Grand Theft Auto 5 and modern-day Los Angeles have been revealed. The screens compare images of fictitious "Los Santos" in the upcoming sandbox title by critically acclaimed developers Rockstar Games to real life photos of LA, of which much of the terrain in the game is modelled on, as with predecessor San Andreas, released in 2004. Grand Theft Auto 5 also takes inspiration from Southern California and promises gamers a fully explorable map larger in scale to the worlds of Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto IV combined. gtavla GTA 5 is the second game in the series to feature Los Santos and gamers will once more return to the fictitious state of San Andreas in "the pursuit of the almighty dollar". Set two decades after the events of 2004's San Andreas in the GTA universe, fans can expect to see a much-changed locale this time round. GTA V was initially planned for release this spring, however the fervently anticipated title has since been pushed back to September 27th so that the developers could spend more time working on the project.
