New screenshots posted on IGN reveal that parachuting has made its return to the Grand Theft Auto series. In the three new screens revealed today, off-road motorcross bikes are also displayed. With so little known about Rockstar's new title, yesterday's reveal of new screens came as a welcome relief to fans wondering what to expect from the latest in the popular GTA franchise. These latest screens don't really tell us any new information, as base jumping was a mini-game in Grand Theft Auto IV. That being said, parachuting off the top of Mount Chilliad was a favourite pastime for gamers back in the San Andreas days, as was participating in mountain bike races, so fans will be pleased to know both these features have returned to the series. A new feature however is the apparent ability to play tennis. In San Andreas, players could partake in Basketball and join a gym, whilst in GTA IV players could use a driving range. There have been very few other leisure activities made available in any of the GTA titles. No release date has been revealed as of yet for GTA 5.
