GTA VI: 10 Reasons It Must Return To Vice City

9. A Gangster-Filled Cuba Could Be Open To Explore

It's pretty much a given that the next GTA will offer more than one massive area to explore. Most of the GTA V map was made up of countryside surrounding Los Santos, and there was easily enough room there to squeeze in another city. Also, let's not forget that GTA V was restricted by the fact it was designed for last-gen consoles. With games like The Witcher 3 demonstrating just how vast current-gen game worlds can be, there's no reason why a new Vice City shouldn't let you pop over to the mysterious land of cigars, salsa and Tony Montana. Of course, it's probably too much to ask that all of Cuba be available, but it'd provide an awesome cultural contrast if you could at least roam around its capital, Havana. Of course, there'd need to be a good storyline excuse to go to Cuba so why not expand the plot beyond the usual 'rising up the criminal ranks' fare and make it a little bit political? Perhaps you could have dealings with corrupt communist generals or people-traffickers, capturing the historical moment of the big wave of immigration from Cuba to Miami. Who wouldn't want to hit up some salsa clubs, or drive around in the 50s American cars that have been used by Cubans ever since America imposed a trade embargo in 1960? Introducing Havana to a new Vice City game would add some welcome diversity, and it'd awesome to see Rockstar's crack at it.
