Madden 16: 8 Most Shocking AFC Player Ratings

There's a new addition to the 99 club.

The Madden 16 hype is building, with the game set to launch later this month, and EA have been busy teasing fans with player ratings across the AFC. Tom Brady's Patriots, Peyton Manning's Broncos, and Andrew Luck's Colts have all had their star players shown off to the world with fans discussing ratings across forums and social media. Brady has been bumped up to a 97 but that's hardly a surprise considering another amazing season from the Patriots' main man, while Luck has sprung into the top five QBs with 94, but where does that leave Peyton Manning? There's also the matter of wide receivers, and where the sensational draft class of 2014 will slot into the Madden system this season, and whether or not they'll be rated supremely or cautiously based on their achievements so far. This article will pick out some of the most intriguing ratings to emerge so far, including players who are shockingly high, underwhelming low, and others that are based on knee-jerk seasons in 2014 as well as a new player to be handed a 99 overall. What do you make of the ratings you've seen, and how accurate do you think they really are?
