With a little under a month to go until the hugely anticipated release of Infinity Ward’s eighth addition to the Call of Duty franchise, the developer has released a brand new campaign trailer – titled Redemption. The franchise, which is likely to smash sales records when it lands on shelves on the 8th of November already looks phenomenal, and this trailer which debuted during the England game on Friday night adds further gloss to an already immaculate looking design.
Though there’s not much gameplay activity yet, what is clear is that the game will continue the franchise’s commitment to theatrical substance, and will no doubt unite fans again under its banner. And I for one am incredibly excited at this point.
At this stage there isn’t too much to suggest that Battlefield fans will turn their backs and come over to MW3, but it would be remarkably short-sighted of anyone to say the game doesn’t look exceptional.
Call of Duty: Moder Warfare 3 is available to buy on November 8th on XBox 360, PS3, Wii and PC.

You forgot that this game will also be on the Nintendo Wii…Treyarch is spearheading the project. Man, people forget that the console is still alive…
Yeah but are you not bored of the Wii yet? There is about 10 games on the Wii that are brilliant, the rest is childish tat in my opininon. the console may now be very affordable but it always struck me how expensive the games were – especially as the majority of them were party games or carnival game type things…
My bad entirely. I havent forgotten it – I’m a Wii owner and player. Just completely forgot the release date was the same for HD consoles and the Wii.
I guess you would have to be ignorant to not notice/read that this game was rebuilt on the same exact engine that MW2 was on.
Infinity Ward reminds me of Apple….keep releasing the same product with one new addition or feature that could have been released in the previous version if they wanted too and let the sheep keep bringing in the millions (or billions in Apple’s case) for your company.
So so so many uneducated asshats to address. Top guy, shut up, Call of Duty isn;t “the same game every year” when you add a new campaign, new weapons, characters, locations, perks, game mechanics, maps, game modes etc it’s called a new game. Jesus. Go play COD4 then play black ops, they’re not at all similar. Also big Red one was a terrible, terrible game with appaling graphics, unengaging missions and no end of bugs.
Grant. What can I even say to that? When the only thing that’s the same is the engine it’s not the same product. It’s called a sequel, of course it has some similarities. Battlefield bac company 2 was near enough the same as bad company, but you never see people talking about that. I know it’s “cool” to hate popular things but honestly, grow up.
