PlayStation Plus: 13 Video Games Everyone Wants To See

It's time for Sony to give away some AAA PS4 games...

Sony's Instant Game Collection is a superb service as part of their PlayStation Plus subscription, where players are given a number of "free" games for PS3, PS Vita and PS4 every month, from classic AAA titles to indies you otherwise would've never heard of. Every month there's a guessing game to see what's going to land on the service, and inevitably, Sony always subvert expectations with either a pleasant surprise or the crushing disappointment of a game you just bought last week. These 13 games, however, are titles that many simply didn't get around to buying upon release due to, say, mixed reviews or a perceived lack of value, but if they showed up for free on PS+, millions would be flocking to download them instantly. Now, let's be realistic: the likes of Destiny and Until Dawn are never going to end up in the IGC, so this list focuses instead largely on games which at least possibly could show up there, most of which have been requested by fans for months and even years in some cases...

13. Killzone: Shadow Fall

Why Everyone Wants To See It: The latest Killzone was a PS4 launch title which received solid if not amazing reviews, and so many simply decided to wait until its inevitable arrival on PS+. It's almost two years later now and the game still hasn't been added to the service. With its gorgeous graphics, solid campaign and ridiculously addictive multiplayer component, it would be a fantastic addition to the IGC and serve as a reminder just what great value for money it is. It's one of those games that people can't quite convince themselves to shell out money for, even though they're curious about it, and as such it's probably the most-expected PS+ game on this list. How Likely Is It?: It's been clear since day one that Sony are taking a different approach to PS+ with the PS4 compared to the PS3 (which features a ton of AAA titles available). The PS4's IGC is focused more towards indie games, and so it's possible that this one's just never going to happen. Even so, many are crossing their fingers every month. It's neither massively likely not especially unlikely. 5/10
