Rumour: Rare Developing Mature Game For Xbox 720

In addition, Fable developer Lionhead and Forza studio Turn 10 are also rumored to be already working on games for the next Xbox as well.

The rumour for today is that Rare is developing a mature game for the next Xbox generation console, which should come as a surprise considering how little we have heard from Rare outside of Kinect titles. In addition, Fable developer Lionhead and Forza studio Turn 10 are also rumored to be already working on games for the next Xbox as well. Lionhead and Turn 10 working on new titles for the next Microsoft Xbox is not totally unexpected because these developers have been consistent in releasing content for the current Xbox 360. However Rare has not released a substantial game since Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts, and they haven't released a mature game since Perfect Dark Zero. The Rare boss even made this statement:
"It's about creating fun innovative games that can be hugely successful, Rare boss Craig Duncan told Eurogamer when asked about revisiting the games that shaped Rare. Not necessarily about genre and characters."
The only game I can think of for Rare to be working on that is a mature title is another Conkers Bad Fur Day, which I would love. However, I don't know if I would trust Rare to make a good game at this point, so I don't know if I would want them working on another franchise I love like Conkers. For those of you that loved Conkers Bad Fur Day or any of their other great past titles, would you trust Rare to make a good game at this point or would you want some other developer to take the reins of your favorite game?
