Skryim Officially Getting Kinect Integration

You already shout "Fus Ro Dah" while you play, now it actually helps you.

Have you been staring at your Kinect with disappointed eyes? Wondering what good it can possibly bring you beside waving your arms frantically slicing as many pieces of fruit within a minute? Bethesda is working on a free title update that should give you a little bit of faith in the Kinect again. Set for release sometime this month, the new title update will bring full Kinect voice support integration. Players will now be able to use a wide variety of commands to aid them in combat, navigation, item management, and more. While it may not be implementing motion controls, the new voice commands are certainly capable of creating a more immersive experience on your adventures through the world of Skyrim. In the midst of an intense boss battle and need your entire "Shouts" inventory? Now you will be able to access all of them, simply by calling each of them out and witnessing the destruction. Whether you know how to actually pronounce them all before you start, will be the real challenge. Of course, your 200 hour playtime already might mean you know them all by heart. Players will even be able to assign items, equip weapons and magic spells, guide allies, quick load, and more with the new title update. This may be enough to dust off your Kinect and continue to lose yourself as the one and only, Dovahkiin. http://youtu.be/5aKZHJZfUGs Be sure to check back for information on the title update later this month.
