Spider-Man PS4: 10 Villains We Want To See

10. Kingpin

After his portrayal in the Netflix series Daredevil, Kingpin can finally be taken seriously as a villain.

Vincent D'Onofrio's take on Wilson Fisk showed a villain who was corrupt, manipulative and genuinely frightening. Rather than the comically oversized Kingpin of the past, the new Spider-Man game should incorporate this more realistic portrayal of the king of crime.

His appearance could be used to explain the number of goons that Spider-Man will have to face up against, as he could very easily be portrayed as the ringleader of the crime events. Kingpin could even be organising the rest of the villains to go after Spider-Man, taking on the role as leader.

If players are able to fight him, Kingpin has now been shown to have some serious hand-to-hand prowess. No longer is he just 'a fat man in a suit', he's now got extreme strength and pain resistance. This could make for a great boss encounter, maybe even in a first-person fist fight akin to Shattered Dimensions.

Kingpin deserves to be in Spider-Man because his recent interpretation on Netflix made him a genuine threat. This needs to continue into other mediums and show players how serious Kingpin is.
