8. Guile
A classic all American tough guy, complete with dog tags and the stars and stripes tattooed to his arms, Guile, is next on the list. Forever fighting for his lost comrade and fellow fighter Charlie, Guile goes about his business in a very regimented way. Balanced with attack and defence hes not the most spectacular and over the top character (besides that hair) and goes about chopping down opponents health in a measured way. Without some of the fireworks of other characters, he has the ability to have you half dead before youve even noticed. Its for these reasons that he is up here at number eight, as long as there isnt a Belgian in sight.
