Sony Confirms 'Final Phase' Of PS4 - New Tech For PS5

We've known for a while that the PlayStation 4 is reaching the end of its life. The PlayStation 5 (we're pretty sure it'll be called that) is definitely in development, and now Sony have confirmed that the PS4 is entering its 'final phase.' Are we seeing the PS5 any time soon? And will it be powered by AMD Ryzen if the rumours are true?
