WrestleMania VIII: WWE Champion Ric Flair vs. Macho Man Randy Savage
One of the all-time best matches at WrestleMania and a rare instance of a WWF Title bout appearing half-way down the card, Flair vs. Savage is famous for the royal beating that champ Flair took throughout the match, to the point that he was busted wide open (or more to the point, decided to "blade" himself, and was legitimately fined several thousand dollars as a result). The intensity of the fight (which Savage eventually won) makes it a solid-gold classic match.
WrestleMania IX: WWE Champion Bret Hit Man Hart vs. Yokozuna
Because the WWF just couldn't have heels win cleanly at the time, the formidable Yokozuna had to score the win with some help from manager Mr. Fuji, who threw salt in Hart's eyes. Yoko captured the title, though his win was short-lived, as soon enough, Hulk Hogan came out and took the newly-crowned champion on, winning the title in a ridiculous 22 seconds, completely devaluing Yoko as a firm threat in the WWF. I expect, though, that Hogan's win will be tacked onto the end of this match in the game. What do you think of the matches chosen for WWE 2K14 so far?
