12. Significantly Better Graphics

One of the most common complaints about WWE games every single year is that the visuals always look at least a few years out of date compared to other sports games, and really just video games in general.

Each year 2K promises that the character models will look more robust than ever before, and every year they're mostly still miles off the mark, with hair proving especially unconvincing on most of the female wrestlers in particular.

Elsewhere superstars will pull peculiar facial expressions out of nowhere, and there's a massive gulf of quality between the best and worst-looking wrestlers, for no real discernible reason.

This bizarre inconsistency, combined with a crowd that continues to look one step above cardboard cut-outs, ensures that the WWE 2K games just don't feel as flashy and eye-popping as the publisher's other sports franchises.
