Nowadays it seems celebrities are forever gushing on every social media network about their loyal fan bases who stick by them through thick and thin, through chart hits and massive flops and through meant-to-be weddings and the inevitable terrible decisions. Here are 10 celebrities who really pissed off their fan bases, whether it was their own fault or just a case of the angries from their oh so loyal fans.
10. Rihanna
It's July 2013 and thousands of fans are packed into Manchester's MEN Arena waiting for Rihanna to appear on stage. They wait and wait and an hour later than planned there she is. She appears on the stage and sings her hit song Rude Boy to an arena of disgruntled fans and it is then, after her first song that they decide to pelt her with crisps. Rihanna doesn't appreciate this and begins to swear at an area full of what are now probably former fans. A few days previous to this, she also turned up three hours late for a performance in Monte Carlo.
Verdict: With all her millions Rihanna could probably afford a watch so this time perhaps it was deserved.
