Eva Longoria buzzes out of MARVEL as WASP for AVENGERS?

Desperate Housewives beauty Eva Longoria was snapped walking out of the MARVEL OFFICES in Beverly Hills over the weekend carrying a set of comic books, specifically issues of THE AVENGERS. Putting two and two together isn't hard. Marvel are making an AVENGERS movie for 2011, they will be casting soon... there is only one outcome right?

IESB, the source where I found the above pic claims it's probably too early to be casting for AVENGERS as CAPTAIN AMERICA would need to be rounded out first, as that is scheduled for 2010.

But you have to believe she was meeting about something. Marvel is not like any other studio, they don't make movies based on several genres and degree's of scope. They only make comic book movies and that's just about all she could have been there for.

Fanboys speculate she resemblances WASP, the only female member of the AVENGERS team and comic history dictates, one of the founding members of the team...

Janet was the eventual wife of Dr. Hank Pym, also known as Ant Man. Pym subjected her to a procedure which granted her the ability to, upon shrinking, grow wings and fire blasts of energy, which she called her €œwasp€™s stings€. The two would later join up with The Avengers, which was comprised of Thor, Iron Man, Ant-Man and The Hulk.
