I believe in Harvey Dent!

This is pretty fun. From an official part of The Dark Knight website which you can find at ibelieveinharveydent.warnerbros.com comes this image of Aaron Eckhart in a promotional poster for the role of D.A. Harvey Dent.

The site also has our first official synopsis on the movie but of course it's nothing we didn't know already. The plot for this movie has been obvious for many months now...
Batman raises the stakes in his war on crime. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as The Joker.
There's word stemming from MTV that Black Snake Moan actor/rapper David Banner has auditioned for the role of Gamble in the movie. Beats me who the character is, I've never heard of him. I'm guessing it will be a new role written for the film... perhaps one of The Joker's henchman?
