T.A.T.U. They were that Russian duo of pop singers who wore school girl outfits and pretended they were lesbians for publicity and to sell more records. It worked.... at least for a short while as they were a pretty popular for about a year but the fad soon died out and it was pretty obvious to everyone that the duo weren't actually lesbians. That was proved almost indefinitely when one of the pair fell pregnant in 2004. Surprisingly the duo are still performing and are working on a third album. Even more surprisingly, is that they are set to star in their own movie. The movie is titled
Finding T.A.T.U. and follows an American and Russian girl who get friendly after meeting on the Internet and decide to go out and search for their idols...... the lesbian band T.A.T.U.

clicking here. Never one's to lose out on publicity, it's said that they want the movie to be released in conjunction with their third album. Sad thing is.... a trailer full of kissing schoolgirls in the rain might actually make some money for this flick. source -
