ROSEMARY'S BABY remake from Platinum Dunes

This living off the genius of past artists really has to stop from Michael Bay and his ridiculous company.

Michael Bay and his Platinum Dunes company aren't going to be satisfied until they have remade every single classic horror film from the 60's, 70's and 80's and it has to stop. The future of the genre is being snuffed out because of what people like Bay are doing to horror right now. Where are the Halloween's, the Elm Street'sof this decade? I will tell you where they are... stuck in the rejection bin whilst companies run by people like Bay take the 'low-risk' safe option of bastardizing classics. Yes I'm angry. They should be slated for moves like this. Platinum Dunes is my most hated film company right now, who only exist to make money from the genius of other people. From Shock Till You Drop...
Platinum Dunes is in talks with Paramount to update Roman Polanski's film starring Mia Farrow, John Cassavetes, Sidney Blackmer and Ruth Gordon. Industry sources tell us the Dunes team - producers Brad Fuller and Andrew Form - are currently looking for a writer (or writers) to tackle the material.
Polanski's Rosemary Baby, one of the creepiest and most effective horror films of all time and a psychological mind-fuck that hack directors who Michael Bay hire won't be able or will even try to re-capture. It's the kind of horror film they don't make anymore. The kind that the industry don't seem interested in making...

So we can add this to Friday the 13th, The Birds and A Nightmare on Elm Street which Dunes are remaking right now. Where the hell does this end? How can the genre have come to this?
