Amazon.com is by far the largest retailer on the internet today. With millions of people buying goods from its vast inventory every year you can imagine just how big Amazon actually is. Since eBay introduced the idea of ‘customer feedback’ Amazon has jumped on the bandwagon, frequently asking its customers to rate their shopping experience. Inevitably, as with most things on the internet, some people decided to take the opportunity to abuse this experience – some by design, others unintentionally.
