Avatar Scoops 9 Oscar Nominations

James Cameron'sAvatar has picked up 9 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture and Best Director. Moon, and it's leading man Sam Rockwell, has been completely over-looked. Likewise Michael Stuhlberg missed out on a Best Actor nod for his outstanding performance in the Coen Brothers' A Serious Man.
