Don't want to make you paranoid or anything, but every time you step out of your front door, you are moments away from death. In fact, you don't even have to step out of your front door, there's plenty that could go wrong from the comfort of your own home. Of course, your chances of swift and painful death are greatly increased by the amount of risky behaviour you indulge in. Somebody who runs into burning buildings for a living is probably going to face more risks than someone who sits at a desk all day, but there are some things that we do every day that could also be deadly. Everything from your late-night Netflix binges to your morning cup of joe could be knocking those years off of your life expectancy, sometimes all at once. Don't freak out too much, you'll most likely be okay if you stick to the "everything in moderation" mantra - toxicity is often in the dose after all, so you'll probably be fine. Probably. Better safe than sorry though, eh?
